HIPs and EPCs

As part of our HIPs service we've developed a panel of nationwide DEA's.

Hence regardless of your location in England or Wales we can provide you with an Assessor to carry out your EPC.

This can then be inserted into a HIP or used as a stand alone item for landlords whose tenants have moved out and therefore need an EPC.

We currently provide EPC's at £60 + VAT and can usually supply the completed assessment within 72 hours.
