As Home Information Packs look like they're here to stay we've created a White Label HIP solution for Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers & EPC assessors. ie. through our parent company, Legal Brokers Ltd, we'll do all the work and you can brand the results as your own !

If you're interested in registering for further information please complete the following form;

As further background information the nature of the Home Information Pack (HIP) is, briefly, as follows:

• Sale Statement.
• Evidence of title or ownership of the property.
• Standard Search plus a Water & Drainage search.
• EPC.

Additionally if your client lives in a leasehold flat or apartment you will also be expected to provide:

• A copy of the lease
• In the future you will also be expected to provide; the most recent service charge accounts and receipts
• Building insurance policy details and payment receipts regulations made by the landlord or management company
• Memorandum and articles of the landlord or management company.
