Conveyancing Recommendations from 2005 & 2006

We organised a Remortgage for an Irish client on an English property and we received the following comments;

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service offered by your solicitors. Once they started working on our case they turned it around within 5 days, as promised. James worked on the case and provided an excellent service, including a transfer of equity (which wasn't anticipated) within that timeframe.

The following text appeared at the bottom of one of our Instruction forms and reads as follows;

I used you last November to buy Brook Gardens through your solicitors. They gave an excellent service and I was hoping we could use them again.

Sometimes recommendations are like buses.... We get people saying thanks, over the phone, but it's not often they then go out of their way to say "thanks" in writing, too.

The following email & the one below materialised on the same day....

We finally exchanged on Friday - hooray!

Just wanted to say "THANKS VERY MUCH" to you and your team for sorting this all out for us - it was really appreciated. I think your service was extremely high and efficient and communication was second to none. Once again, thanks for all your help.

I now need to sell my current house and so will hopefully be using you as my conveyancers again ....

The second email reads as follows;

This is just to inform you that my house purchase has been completed successfully. Want to take this opportunity to thank you for your recommendation and also to thank all those involved in bringing the completion to a satisfactory end.

Wishing you success in all your endeavours and hopefully, we might be working again soon.

We deal with a number of mortgage brokers and one such firm, called Clarity IFA, emailed the following comment regarding one of our solicitors;

Credit to you guys for the service given to my clients Mr & Mrs X. They were very impressed with the service you gave them.

Thanks to you Clarity IFA has proven that, with support from yourselves, we can offer a great service.

Please pass this message on to those involved & keep up the good work.....

This lady wrote in and made the following comments;

Just a quick note to thank you for putting me in touch with Vinota at "X"........ She is absolutely excellent and I will definitely use her again - if I have to go through the strain of another move! I complete on wednesday this week - so many thanks to you.

In this instance a "London" client was emailed the following question by one of his colleagues;

Question; Does anyone know of a good conveyancing solicitor that they can recommend ?

Reply; Hi Tim, If you contact Jon at Conveyancingbrokers. This company did a fantastic job and saved me around £900 on using a local solicitors. You can also go on their website and get a simple quote. But speak to Jon as he's really helpful.
