Deferred HIPs

OPTION 5; Deferred HIPs.

There is a £30.00 initial payment.

When the property sells or it's taken off the market or 9 months later you then pay a further;

£268.09 + VAT (total £315.00) for a Freehold property.

Or

£280.85 + VAT (total £330.00) for a Leasehold property.

The drawback to this option is that it's more expensive than our other HIP plans.

The benefit, though, is that you only pay the £30.00 to start with and (subject to 9 months passing or you taking the property off the market) the remainder is then paid from the proceeds of your sale. ie. you don't have to dip into your funds again.
