EPCs
As we all know HIPs have now gone, been done away with, scrapped & ceased to exist.
However as part of the European legislation whilst HIPs have departed, in order to put a property on the market, you'll still need to commission an EPC. ie. a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) will need to visit your property to carry out the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
