Conveyancing Fees

Unfortunately all conveyancing solicitors are not the same. Hence, in the same way you'd use a mortgage broker to search out the best deal we, as Conveyancing Brokers, search the market and negotiate the best conveyancing fees for our clients.

In this way we also ensure our clients are not subject to paying additional fees such as, Acting for the mortgage lender, Postage & Archiving, conditional no sale no fee deals or, and these are my personal favourites, extra Indemnity / Insurance contributions.

EPCs

We've been instructing EPCs since they were introduced. We work with hundreds of DEAs and by combing the EPC and conveyancing together it smooths out the process of putting your property on the market.

Some clients use us solely for the EPC, as required to put the property on the market, whilst others work with us for the subsequent conveyancing.

As the current Tory government has been forced to maintain EPCs as part of european legislation we offer EPCs as part of the process of putting your property on the market. Cheap Conveyancing

We don't necessarily like to think of ourselves as providing "cheap conveyancing" but essentially speaking that's what we specialise in. The Conveyancing firms that we deal with charge their "local" clients a higher amount and charge certain extra's that we don't allow them to.
