Buying a New House
Buying a New House through Specialist Conveyancing Solicitors
If you are looking to buy a new house your conveyancer will usually undertake a significantly greater amount of work than they would for a standard conveyancing transaction.
Hence it may be necessary that we, as Conveyancing Brokers, will need to direct your conveyancing requirements to another solicitor or conveyancer who has the capacity to undertake the extra work required when purchasing a new house.
Whilst we would always look to offer a competitive service the legal requirements in terms of buying a new house mean that your conveyancing solicitor will need to carry out extra work on your behalf. Such work may attract a premium.
It is not unusual for the Practice undertaking the purchase of your new house to charge an additional £75.00 + VAT for the completion of the extra paperwork. In certain situations this amount may be increased.
Please be assured that prior to buying the property we will advise you of the costs involved and seek your confirmation that the fees are acceptable prior to incurring any expense on your behalf.
We hope to provide you with the best value conveyancing within the marketplace and we hope that buying your new house will be a simple process.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to discuss house buying in further detail via admin@conveyancingbrokers.co.uk or on 0845 603 0708.
