Upon instructing us we will allocate your transaction to one of our panel solicitors who will then appoint a particular conveyancer to carry out your instruction.

By virtue of using a remote conveyancing provider we are able to restrict our fees to £279 to £399 for purchase and sales and from £225 on re-mortgages.

It is necessary to understand that using "online conveyancing" still requires you to to develop a relationship with your individual conveyancer. It is not the case that by using online conveyancing that you will not deal with a human being !
